Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning Workout Program

Anyone who knows me has probably already heard me raving about Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning program. I just want to make it official, in writing, this book kicks ass. I've always been fond of bodyweight and isometric exercises, because it gives you practical strength without making you look like a steroid freak. This book features the BEST of the best of this type of workouts. Hell, I can't believe I ever stayed in shape without this routine. My body was practically falling apart, after living in Evanston.
