Trackmania Nations Forever Side Effects

Trackmania Nations Forever is available for free on Steam... As a long-time fan of the 4D Stunts DOS game, I enjoy Trackmania's wild arcade-feel stunt and speed racing. Especially love all the gravity-defying loops, jumps, wall climbs, and other impossible odds at break-neck speeds. However, last night (or rather early this morning) I think I played a little too much, and everything around me started looking like a a racetrack. I was analyzing how I could cut the corner into my kitchen to save a thousandth of a second, I though of putting a ramp up my stairs, and when I was checking my email before going to bed...Source: TMFan Forum

Not surprisingly, I had dreams of doing barrel rolls and jumps over blimps in my little Ford Escort. Hah... Usually it only takes one medium sized pothole, and I need front-end realignment on that thing. I can't even imagine the damage an airborne 540° would do to it.

Weird mental effects aside, It's just such an incredibly fun game! It's one of the easiest games to start playing, but takes lots of practice to improve your time and start winning medals. the minimum specs are really low, too, so it'll run silky smooth on any system built in the last 5 or so years. The online games are fun, too, if multiplayer is your thing (it's not really mine). And, come one... It's FREE!
